Insurance plans accepted at the Faculty Group Practice include NYU Top Tier insurances, and certain plans from BCBS, United, and Aetna for employees of AMEX, BlackRock, CBS/Paramount, and Simon & Schuster. This list of insurances changes regularly. Please call the office at 212-263-7419 to inquire about your insurance participation with ne of these mentioned plans.

If your insurance is out-of-network, at your request, we will provide you with an invoice and/or health insurance claim form so that you may submit for out of network insurance reimbursement.
